Q :Tell me more about Roches Breast Care Centre?
Domenica : Our breast care centre is a newly built dedicated space which includes reception area, private fitting room and stock room (next door to the fitting room). The fitting room is feminine and relaxed in atmosphere. It is well lit with large mirrors so you can truly appraise any garments you are trying on. Our Breast Care Centre was designed by a professional interior designer to make your fitting experience a pleasant and private one.
Q : What do I need to bring to my first fitting?
Domenica : It is advisable to bring your favourite top(s) and also a top or dress that might be tight-fitting and pale in colour. This will help you see how your lingerie will look under your own clothes and ensure that both sides are even.
Q : How long does each session take?
Domenica: We allocate each client one hour with no obligation to purchase. Some clients may have lost weight so its important to have time to try on a variety of products.
Q : Does the medical card or private insurance contribute towards the cost?
Domenica: If you are a medical card holder, simply send your prescription to me. I will send it to the relevant Health Board in order to receive a purchase order number. When we receive that on your behalf, I will contact you to arrange your appointment at a convenient day and time for you. (Please note this process can take 4-12 weeks depending on how quickly your prescription is processed by the Health Board). Because of this delay, it is advisable to apply in advance of needing your breast care items. If you cannot wait for the Purchase Order to come in from the Health Board, then you can pay us for the items and we will refund you once your Purchase Order comes through.
Non-medical card holders can make an appointment straight away, get measured and fitted and walk away that day with a product there and then! You apply to your health insurer yourself and they will refund you in due course.
