As you know Roches in Kimmage have been fitting wigs and hairpieces on people with all types of hair loss for many many years now. My father took over from Arthur Forster in Dun Laoaghaire and learned the art of wig making back in the last Century! Our salon has been newly expanded and tastefully decorated in the last year and we have invited all of our hair loss, hair thinning and alopecia clients from over the years to come in for an open day, where we are offering, free wig trimming, hair loss advice and tips to make wig wearing easier or more natural, make up tips to camouflage thinning brows and lashes, express manicures, prizes, goodie bags and refreshments. We also have a trichologist on board to answer your medical questions. Our doors are open from 9.30 to 5.30 but please do call us on 01 4926829 or email rebecca@roches.ie if you are planning to drop in as we are almost fully booked up for the day already. End of season wigs will also be selling from as little as €75 and we will style them as always free of charge.

We’ve never held an alopecia event before and are overwelmed by the positive response so far. Even people who can’t attend are calling to thank us for the invitation and our service and to let us know that they would be interested in the next one! Lets get through this one first. So if you are out there and have any form of hair loss or hair thinning and would like an opportunity to talk to experts and mingle with others in the same situation, then please accept our invitation but do let us know you’ll be coming for catering and organising purposes.
