Our clients enjoy and benefit from our the image consultation that we offer as part of our end-to-end service. We advise on the creative use of make-up and accessories to camouflage some of the side effects that may occur during hair loss. For example, using eye make-up to give the illusion of eyelashes and eyebrows.

Existing hair can be used to conceal patches or thinning areas. When that no longer works, a concealing cream / powder or spray (depending on the extent of hair loss) can be matched to your hair colour for application to thinning or patchy areas. This is very effective in camouflaging the area. All of these products are available at Roches and can be ordered over the phone and posted. Creative use of hairbands, scarves and other hair accessories can also be very effective.
More extensive hair thinning may require a hairpiece which can be off the shelf or custom-made in either fibre or human hair to suit a specific bald or thin area such as the crown, front receding hairline or any other bald patches (e.g. from surgery or burn scars). These pieces are matched to your hair colour and texture, attached to the scalp with double-sided tape or clips, and cut to blend through your own hair. They are undetectable and both secure and comfortable to wear. Hair enhancer pieces can also add volume and height to thinning hair. These are all great options to use the hair that you have rather than having to opt for a full hair piece. We can advice you on which option is best suited to your hair loss pattern and help you evaluate the best suited option to your lifestyle and personality.
