Returns & Refunds: Everything you need to know
Customer satisfaction is very important to Roches. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we are happy to refund or exchange eligible products.
Please also refer to our Guarantees for each product range.
Before Making a Return
Before making a return, please note:
- Returns and refunds must be received within 28 days from original date of shipping.
- Items that have been damaged or altered from their original factory condition are not eligible.
- Items without original tags are not eligible.
- Custom made systems and wigs are not eligible.
- Products must be returned in original packaging.
- When trying on a wig, please use the wig cap provided.
- When trying on swimwear, please try on over your underwear.
- For hygiene reasons, skincare and lingerie briefs are not eligible for refund or return.
- Roches cannot accept any liability for products lost or damaged in transit.
- Postage costs on returns and exchanges are at the customer’s expense.
NOTE: We provide a complimentary wig cap in each shipment for hygienic purposes. This helps to maintain the product’s eligibility for return. In the event you return any wigs, please keep the cap as a gift from us to you.
Making a Return
Email email@example.com with your order number. Please indicate if you would like an exchange or a refund.
Please return the goods undamaged with original tags and packaging.
Upon receipt and assuming the goods are eligible for a return or refund, Roches will refund you using your original payment method.
Refunds will be processed using your original payment method and within 28 days upon receipt of your returned item.
